RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION SYSTEM FOR GRAPHITE BRICK PRESS (1999):

Raw Material Preparation System for graphite brick press was designed and installed by Elimko.

Control System was designed with the Elimko PLC and PC Software.

System Operates fully automatically with operators selecting the formula for the brick. The System then prepares the batch, mix and transfers to the press automatically.

KILN FEEDING DOSING BELTS (1999):

Two Elimko Belt scales for continuous feeding of raw material into the kiln were installed and they are operated as dosing belts.
