RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION SYSTEM (1996):

Raw Material Preparation System for the Ceramic Factory was renewed and the mechanical batching scale was replaced with electronic scale. Control System is designed with Siemens S5 PLC and Elimko PC Software.

System Operates fully automatically with operators selecting the formula for each mill. The System then prepares the batch, transferring to the mixers first add water into mixer with special chemicals then transfer to the mills.
