ISDEMIR IRON & STEEL FACTORY

DATA LOGGING & ALARM SYSTEM (1993):

In this project, 2 data logging and alarm system is installed to steel plant at Ýsdemir Factory. Each unit collects analog data from 64 different points and compares them with set points to detect alarm. All data are collected and stored at PC. PC System has mimic, bar graph and trend display facilities.

FLUX CHARGING SYSTEM FOR 3 OXYGEN CONVERTERS (1994-95):

In this project, flux charging system for 3 oxygen converters are renewed including load cells and vibrating feeders. Automation system is based on Elimko PLC and PC System.

Control system software includes also and steel production model to calculate flux material.

STEEL PLANT MIXER DATA LOGGING & ALARM SYSTEM (1999):

In this project, 2 data logging and alarm system is installed to steel plant mixer unit at Ýsdemir factory. Each unit collects analog data from 48 different points and compares them with set points to detect alarm. Also mixer scales measurements are recorded. All data are collected and stored at PC. PC System has mimic, bar graph and trend display facilities.
